Shipping Policy

• It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered on the order. Vitabaya will take no responsibility if an incorrect address has been entered and the buyer does not receive the item.
• Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and if your shipping fee was waived (thanks to free-shipping), refund will be excluding shipping fee if your final order value falls below the threshold to receive free shipping.
• Once the order is shipped, the courier is responsible for delivering the item to you and we cannot control their delivery time.
• Please note the same applies to customs delays with international deliveries – we cannot control your country’s customs and how long they take to release your item.
• If the logistics information shows that the product has been delivered and you have not received it, we are not responsible.
• Any items/packages lost during transit will be given a product refund.
• Orders will ship out once ALL items can be fulfilled within the purchase. Packages will ship out according to the LATEST pre-order date unless stated otherwise.
• Orders will ship out within 1 to 2 business days from the IN-STOCK DATE at the time of purchase. Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends.
• Orders placed during weekends and holidays will start processing the next available business day. Additionally, orders placed after 18:00 PM GMT will start processing the next available business day.
• In the event your purchase is split into multiple packages for shipment, you will have a different logistics waybill number.
• Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.
